We are Eric and Melanie Gerchberg, a husband and wife team who built our business around a shared belief: every client deserves to feel understood, prepared, and exceptionally well cared for throughout one of life’s biggest decisions.
Before real estate, Eric spent years at Apple, where he learned that a great client experience is not about selling—it is about listening closely, simplifying what feels complicated, anticipating needs, and finding thoughtful solutions before challenges become problems. Melanie’s background in nonprofit work shaped the other half of our approach: genuine advocacy, clear communication, and a deep instinct to make people feel supported when the stakes are high.
After welcoming our son, Lev, we decided to build something together: a business grounded in family, community, and the kind of service we would want for the people we love. As Philadelphia residents raising our family here, we bring a personal understanding of the neighborhoods, homes, and lifestyle decisions that make this city and its surrounding suburbs so special.
Today, we help clients buy, sell, relocate, downsize, and invest with a level of strategy and care that goes far beyond the transaction. We think ahead, communicate honestly, and sweat the details so our clients can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
